What do the latest figures say?
Digital maturity among conveyancers has climbed from 54.4% to 59.8% in just two years, but the story behind the headline is more complicated. AI is everywhere and yet rarely governed, mid-sized firms have overtaken smaller firms at the top of the rankings, and the most complex stage of the transaction remains the least digital.
